Lindsey Brooks was born in Franklin, Tennessee, and, at the age of four, moved with her family to Knoxville, Tennessee. There she graduated from Halls High School in the spring of 2007. As the daughter of two University of Tennessee alumni, she chose to follow in her parents’ footsteps and attend the University of Tennessee as well.
Throughout her time attending UT, she has been involved in several campus activities and organizations while maintain a stern focus on academics. Lindsey is currently a senior at the university and plans to graduate in the spring of 2011 with a major in nutrition, and a minor in psychology.  In the fall of 2011, Lindsey will be applying to pharmacy school for early admission.
Lindsey has always enjoyed helping people and improving the lives of others, especially children. Starting at a young age she also discovered her interest in the health care field. By combining her willingness to help people and her love for medicine, she hopes to one day become a oncology pharmasist. Her real dream would be working as a pharmasist in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

In the meantime, Lindsey is finishing up her undergraduate degree while working part time as a pharmacy technician at a local wal-mart. When not working or studying, Lindsey spends most of her time with her family or helping out in her community any way she can.
